ADGA Production Awards Queued for Release

The American Dairy Goat Association is excited to announce that Production Awards and correct, completed lactation records dated January 1, 2021, through July 23, 2026, are queued for release within the next 24-48 hours.

Please consider this email a pre-release announcement so members know the awards are coming.

We genuinely appreciate your patience and support as our developers, Subject Matter Experts, and Performance Programs Department worked through programming and accuracy of this monumental release.

For Production Awards, ADGA receives both the 305-day (or shorter) record and the complete lactation record for lactations that extend beyond 305 days. However, awards are determined based solely on the 305-day (or shorter) record.

Members can view their doe’s production records in NG.

To do this, you will need to select the doe from your Currently Owned List.

Once the doe is selected from the list, use the menu and select the appropriate highlighted items to see their lactation reports and their milk stars.

Again, you will see records for correct, completed lactation records from January 1, 2021, to July 23, 2026.

DHIR Lactation Records will be pushed to the owner’s NG accounts, and awards should appear within the next 24- 48 hours.

DHIR Lactation records will not be emailed to owners in this initial release and will be found only in NG.

We recognize that a large number of the lactations we have received have not yet been accepted into our database. A follow-up email will include more information on what to do if a lactation record is not showing. Performance Programs staff are committed to working with members to help identify and resolve these issues.

There is one known issue affecting a very small percentage of generational *M awards. Our developer team is working on a fix, which is expected to be deployed in mid to late August. Affected owners will receive a separate email with additional information.

Members with questions about their lactations, production awards, or generational awards should submit a Support Ticket. Please select the correct support ticket category (DHIR Issue) and provide the animal name, registration number, and other supporting information to help answer your question.
