2026 General Election

The 2026 ADGA Board of Directors General Election opens July 15, 2026, and closes August 10, 2026.

All online votes must be submitted, and all paper ballots must be received by the voting company no later than the election deadline.

Accessing Your Ballot

When an election opens, eligible voting members will receive an email containing:

  • A link to the online voting website
  • Their ADGA member number
  • Instructions for accessing their assigned voting PIN
  • The election deadline
  • Additional voting instructions

Members may also access the online ballot through the Association Voting website.

Each eligible voting membership receives one ballot. Your member number and assigned PIN are required to access and submit your ballot.

Finding your PIN

Instructions for locating or recovering your PIN will be included in the election email sent to eligible voting members when the election opens.

If you do not have your PIN, use the Help feature on the Association Voting website and follow the prompts to access your ballot.

Members should make sure their current email address is associated with their ADGA account before the election begins. Updating your email address after an election has opened may not automatically generate a new election email.

Voting Eligibility

Voting eligibility is based on ADGA membership type and the Association’s election eligibility requirements.

Only members who are eligible to vote will receive an election email and ballot. Some membership types, including Youth, Associate and Affiliate memberships, do not include voting privileges.

Paper Ballots

Eligible voting members who cannot vote online may request a paper ballot by contacting the ADGA office or submitting a Support Ticket.

Paper ballots must be returned to the voting company at the address printed on the ballot. They must be received, not simply postmarked, by the election deadline.

Members requesting a paper ballot should allow enough time for the ballot to be mailed, completed, and returned.
