After three and a half years of dedicated service and significant progress for the Association, ADGA Association Manager Lori Reynolds will be retiring. While her specific final date has not yet been determined, we anticipate the transition to new leadership will take place no later than early spring. We are excited to celebrate Lori’s accomplishments and the strong foundation she has helped build for ADGA’s continued success.

During Lori’s tenure, the Association has made meaningful operational improvements that have strengthened both internal operations and service to members. Member work is now routinely processed in a timely manner, and the Business Office remains current even during the busy spring season, despite significantly increased registration and transfer volumes.

Lori has also focused on building a strong team by establishing appropriate staffing levels and identifying talented individuals for key roles throughout the Association. Those efforts have helped create a more responsive and effective operation, with dramatically fewer support tickets, consistently answered telephone calls, and the near elimination of extended call wait times.

Next Generation (NG) development has advanced substantially during her tenure. Show wins and production awards have been brought current, while continued development has placed the system on much stronger footing for the future.

The Association has also strengthened and stabilized its financial operations through improved financial controls, accountability, and oversight.

Together, these accomplishments reflect Lori’s leadership, the dedication of ADGA staff, and a shared commitment to serving the membership. We are incredibly appreciative of the progress made during her tenure and look forward to building upon that momentum.

The search for ADGA’s next Association Manager will begin soon. The position description and related materials are currently being finalized and approved so the Association can move forward with identifying strong candidates for the role. Beginning this work now will help support a thoughtful selection process and a smooth transition while maintaining the progress and stability achieved in recent years.
